Our Custom Service Process

We are a leading furniture manufacturer based in Vietnam, dedicated to providing high-quality custom furniture solutions to importers, wholesalers, and distributors globally. Our procurement process is designed to be seamless, ensuring that you receive the products you need efficiently and on time.

1.Digital Product Catalog

We start by sending you a detailed digital product catalog, showcasing our extensive range of furniture designs and styles.

2.Product Selection

You review the catalog, selecting desired products and specifying quantities based on your requirements.

3.Quotation & Proforma Invoice

After receiving your selections, we issue a quotation along with a proforma invoice (PI) outlining the costs involved.

4.30% Deposit Payment

A 30% deposit is required based on the PI to initiate the procurement process.

5.Sourcing and Production

Upon receipt of the deposit, we commence sourcing and production, applying for container booking approximately one month before the estimated time of departure (ETD).

6.Inspection and Testing

One week before delivery, we conduct thorough product inspection and testing. Only after passing these tests do we arrange for container loading.

7.Balance Payment & Export Docs

After loading, we request the remaining balance payment. Upon receipt, we release all necessary export documents including the PI, commercial invoice (CI), bill of lading (BL), and certificate of origin (CO).
